Cancellation Policy

All Appointments require a [$25] NON- REFUNDABLE fee on services $30+, this will go towards the total of your appointment. The remaining balance is due in CASH or CARD ONLY! (Tap to pay is available) The deposit fee is transferrable ONE time! - If you need to adjust,cancel, or reschedule your appointment reach out by Phone, Instagram , Facebook Messenger, or email! Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I ask that all clients: Cancel or reschedule your appointment at least [48] hours in advance so that I may have the opportunity to reschedule another client. - Same day/Day of Cancellation, you will be charged a fee of 100%. - Rescheduling is only allowed once per appointment/deposit. Late Arrivals: I understand that local and freeway traffic can get busy and life can happen. However, please if you know that you will arrive 5 minutes late please contact me. Communication is key. I will do my best to accommodate your appointment. After 8 Minutes of being late a late fee will be charged. - After 10 Minutes of being late without communicating is an AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION you will be charged a fee of 100%. • Cancellation and “No Show” fees will be charged to the credit card on file. If the card declines, a hold will be put on your profile in the system, and you will be banned from further booking. ALL FEES must be paid before booking a new appointment. | By having a card on file and reading and understanding the policy, you are giving Cloud Nine Aesthetics permission to charge your card in the event of a late, cancellation, and/or a no-show.
