Cancellation Policy

All Appointments require a [$25] NON- REFUNDABLE fee on services $30+, this will go towards the total of your appointment. The remaining balance is due in CASH or CARD ONLY! After 8 Minutes of being late, a late fee($10) will be added to your total. If you know that you will arrive 5+ minutes late please contact me. Communication is key. *After 10 Minutes of being late without communicating is an AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION, & fee will be charged. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I ask that all clients: Cancel or reschedule your appointment at least [48] hours in advance. - Same day/Day of Cancellation, you will be charged a fee of 100%. - Rescheduling is only allowed once per appointment/deposit. Clients that fail to show or miss the appointment will be charged a “No Show” fee, which is 100% of the original cost of the scheduled service(s) and will be banned from further booking. - If you need to adjust,cancel, or reschedule your appointment reach out by Phone, Instagram , Facebook Messenger, or email! • Cancellation and “No Show” fees will be charged to the credit card on file. If the card declines, a hold will be put on your profile in the system, and you will be banned from further booking. ALL FEES must be paid before booking a new appointment. | By having a card on file and reading and understanding the policy, you are giving Cloud Nine Aesthetics permission to charge your card in the event of a late, cancellation, and/or a no-show.
