Cancellation Policy

All Appointments require a [$25] NON- REFUNDABLE fee on services $30+, this will go towards the total of your appointment. The deposit fee is transferrable ONE time! - 1st Reschedule - No fee! - 2nd Reschedule - Remaining balance of appointment must be paid in full to reschedule. - 3rd Reschedule - Appointment will be canceled & New Booking/Deposit will be required. *Bundles are recommended when booking multiple services* - If you need to adjust,cancel, or reschedule your appointment reach out via Instagram , Facebook Messenger, or email! Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I ask that all clients: Cancel or reschedule your appointment at least [48] hours in advance so that I may have the opportunity to reschedule another client.* • Cancellations & reschedules that occur on the day of your appointment (or less than 48 hours to your appointment) will be charged a fee of 100% of the service(s) scheduled. Late Arrivals: I understand that local and freeway traffic can get busy and life can happen. However, please if you know that you will arrive 5 minutes late please contact me. Communication is key. I will do my best to accommodate your appointment. After 8 Minutes of being late a late fee will be charged. - After 10 Minutes of being late without communicating is an AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION you will be charged a fee of 100%. • Cancellation and “No Show” fees will be charged to the credit card on file. If the card declines, a hold will be put on your profile in the system, and you will be banned from further booking. ALL FEES must be paid before booking a new appointment. ** If you are sick, feeling unwell, symptoms of COVID, waiting on COVID test results PLEASE RESCHEDULE or book at least 2 weeks out.** | By having a card on file and reading and understanding the policy, you are giving Cloud Nine Aesthetics permission to charge your card in the event of a late, cancellation, and/or a no-show.
